TopBet has done it again. They are the first to have released the annual Super Bowl 50 MVP prop bet. Of course, the final results won’t be in until the night of February 7th, 2016. Until then though, the anticipation is either going to kill us all or keep us hyping up what could be the greatest Super Bowl yet!

Let’s look at this objectively, we currently have five undefeated teams through seven weeks. We have quarterbacks playing out of their minds. We have unknown running backs putting their names in marquee lights and there’s now a prop out to highlight all of them.

The TopBet odds are connected to the NFL Super Bowl winner betting odds and have New England Patriots (+275) and Green Bay Packers (+350) players listed ahead of the rest of the bunch. Who are we kidding though? That’s not a no brainer by any means.

The highlight players from those two squads are the same marquee guys atop the SB50 MVP props table (seen below).

When it comes to quarterbacks, Tom Brady (+300) is your favorite to win his second Super Bowl MVP title in a row. Aaron Rodgers (+400) has been on a rampage this season and won’t sleep until he gets his hands on the Lombardi. He is another great bet. However, it could be the year for the complimentary guys instead.

Dion Lewis and LaGarrette Blount are two names nobody thought would be in the conversation in week one. The two Patriot backs though are each +2,000 to take home the hardware. As for the Packers, their run game has been off to a slow start this season but Eddie Lacy and backup James Starks are each +2,500 to steal the show for the Cheeseheads.

If you’re thinking a wide out or tight end might steal the spotlight, Julian Edelman (+1,500) and Rob Gronkowski (+1,000) are safe bets for the Pats. While on the other side, Randall Cobb is the only Packer in the mix listed at +1,500.

They’re the main contenders but as we’ve seen so far this season, it’s anybody’s game.
